Portland Lofts and Homes Property Management Fees:

Rent-Up Fee:		1/2 of first month's rent; when tenant is placed. (This is for finding the tenant.)
Start up Fee:		$250 Start Up Fee (set up client account, comp analysis for rent, marketing, pictures, web posting, etc.)
Consultation:		PLH charges a $100 Consultation fee to evaluate the property, you want rented. This fee is applied to the $250 start-up fee, if a contract is signed between the owner and PLH.
Monthly Fee:		9% of gross monthly rent.
3+ properties:		8% of gross monthly rent.
Lease Renewal Fee:		10% of gross monthly rent.

PLH is available as a helpful resource and can assist you with maintenance, the details of acquiring window coverings, appliances, etc.

A service fee may apply.

Owners can choose direct deposit or wire transfers for their funds and statements can be emailed. We customize our service to meet your needs!
